VisionMetric provides a comprehensive support service to all registered customers.  The service includes the following benefits -

SOFTWARE UPGRADES

  • All program upgrades and new releases provided free of charge.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • Support telephone line (+44) 1227 811790 available during normal office hours (9am - 5:00pm GMT) Monday to Friday.

  • Full installation and testing:  Initial installation and testing of purchased software on the customer's hardware is offered at our offices.

ADVICE

You don't need to have a problem to call on our service. We are happy to advise on effective use of our products and all aspects regarding the production and use of composite images.
